This policy explains what information Fundly me collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. Fundly me is a loan packaging and referral service — we are not a lender.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us in the form: your name, email, phone, and basic business details (amount needed, use of funds, years in business, annual revenue, and whether you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident). We also record basic technical data (browser type and the page that referred you) to measure our advertising. We do not ask for your Social Security number or documents at this step.
How we use your information
We use your information only to prepare your SBA application, check whether you pre-qualify, match you with a suitable lender, and contact you about your application. By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share your application with a lender only once you choose to move forward. We use technology providers (such as hosting and database services) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Credit
Filling out the form does not pull your credit or affect your score.
How we protect it
Your information is encrypted in transit and stored securely with restricted access. No system is 100% secure, but we limit access to those who need it to handle your application.
